2013 Fitness Goals

Okay. I can go on and on, cause Lord knows I have a lot I need to change! I don't want to overwhelm myself, so I've decided to set some fairly attainable goals for this year, and reach for the sky!! Part of these goals is to set a weekly goal/plan to help me stay on track! Let me know what you think!
